Sandy has personality to spare!

Little Miss Sandy is our Personality Plus girl of the season! She joined us after hitching a ride from San Jose on our Pet Partnership van, and this adorable little sausage of a dog is sweet and more sweet. She LOVES, LOVES, LOVES people and enjoys cuddling and kisses. Sandy also LOVES, LOVES, LOVES soft toys and high-value chews like bones and pigs ears, so much so that she is not willing to share. Oopsie! So, a couple of ways to manage our dear girl: no one really needs bones or pigs ears, so you might want to consider eliminating the things from Sandy's life that get her into trouble. There's plenty of fun to be had without high value chews. But most important, for Sandy's happiness and yours too, she would like to live in an adults-only home; visiting children should be supervised so no one gets into a situation everyone will regret. A meeting with one of our staff behavior consultants is required before adopting Sandy. We will discuss management and behavior modification to address Sandy's possession. A complimentary behavior consultation is available within six months after adoption in case more guidance is requested.
Sandy was pretty indifferent to the dogs she met here. Her world is all about people and toys! And, in case you hadn't noticed, she likes her kibbles and bits. Sandy needs a low-calorie, nutritious diet and an exercise program to be the happy, svelte, joint pain-free dog she longs to be. Sandy is not yet ready for long, vigorous walks, but once she starts to slim down and build muscle she will enjoy more extended outings.
If you have a primarily kid-free lifestyle and are looking for a super fun companion who will make you feel loved beyond your wildest Disney dream, meet Sandy. She aims to please!
