‘Exercise Pill’ Drastically Changes Endurance In Mice

Scientist have created pill that was able to make very inactive mice have amazing endurance. The pill makes it to where someone’s muscles burn fat versus sugar. Before the pill, mice could run an average of 160 minutes without stopping on their exercise wheels. After the pill, they were able to run 270 minutes. That’s a dramatic change. Especially, since they were so inactive before the pill. The pill has not been tested on humans, but the researchers involved in it’s creation are excited to see how it develops.
