The goal of the exercise is that all four players involved in the exercise are in constant contact with the ball. During each individual action, the player dribbles the ball, including changes in the direction of the run, so that he has it under maximum control. With the ball, it contains cones and training dummies, passes into the space so that the pass is well timed. After playing the ball, the player goes out and does not stand still.
The exercise is designed for 4 players (U10-U19) in the field.
