Ball roll out exercise for horse riders core stability

This is an exercise I do to improve my core stability and strength for riding. I love the stability ball exercises as they are dynamic, horse riding requires a strong and flexible body which is able to move completely with the horse. Having a strong core really helps improve your balance in the saddle and helps to stay on when your horse does a super spook! Please don’t do this exercise if you have any health concerns, injuries or are pregnant. This exercise is done completely at the users own risk.
