TIP 1: Building your horse's butt muscle!

This I am exercise to help build your horses butt muscle! All you have to do is ride around your arena or a round pen size circle asking your horse to stop when you sit, back up, and pick up a trot or whatever speed you want to go without walking off first. Go from stop to trot or from stop to lope. If you are just learning this, you can start at a walk. As you get better with each speed, move up to the next! You want to have light hands! And remember to reward your horse when they do good!
You can also have your horse back up the whole length of your arena which will help make them lighter in your hands and increase the butt muscle!
Do this exercise 3 times a week and you will definitely see a difference!
