In this video, Manuela explains a nice little exercise to improve core stability. This is a fun one for kids, but also very effective for adults because a strong, stable core enables the rider to deliver clear, concise aids. If you have a horse who tried to pull you out of the saddle, this exercise is for you!

In this rider position series, Manuela McLean will provide some rider position tips for kids, but these tips are useful for adults too! Having the correct horse riding position enables us to deliver our aids effectively and consistently. A horse who is well trained will improve even more when the riders position is balanced and effective.
