Take a look at the Internet's latest workout craze: Prancercise. Created by 61-year-old Floridian Joanna Rohrback, the new way of keeping active is described as "a springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horses gait and ideally induced by elation."
Uploaded to YouTube in December 2012, the introduction video to the workout has racked up more than 5 million hits. In the video Rohrback demonstrates several of the moves including the trot, the gallop and the shadowbox prance.
Although the video has some comedic elements, Rohrback has picked up some dedicated follwers and she has also released a book. The video has also spawned dozens of parodies.
Rohrback has taken advantage of the sudden fame, making the rounds with TV interviews including an appearance on The Today Show.
