Hello EquesRAYans,
In today's video I was inspired by a polework exercise that I've seen floating around on my Facebook newsfeed. As I'm unable to ride atm I asked my lovely friend Nicola if she would mind helping me demonstrate how you can use this fabulous exercise so I gave her a bit of instruction to show you guys what you can do. I'm not a qualified instructor but I was helping Nicola work through the exercises to the best of my knowledge. If you want to try these exercises with your horse I suggest having your instructor with you to help you navigate through the activities :)
