Building self confidence with Captain Jack, a 4 1/2yo Welsh Section D under saddle and in harness. Being nervous or spooky when ridden or when driven can be unsettling for both horse and rider/driver. Jack was already broken to ride, so we wanted to build his confidence in himself and in us in the discipline he knew already. This film is only the second time ever that Jack has encountered these obstacles and the first time he's done it with a rider on his back.
We then show Jack being driven as a pair, meeting large lorries and buses. He is being driven by Kathy (as his owner is a lady too). Jack has now gone home for a break over winter before returning to us to finish his training next year.
