Fun Equestrian Exercise Routine | Read Description | Horse Crazy Momma
These exercises will strengthen your seat in the saddle and make you more flexible and confident as you ride! I brought down the intensity level as my kiddos were just getting over the flu. For a more intense workout, follow this routine after stretching:
Jumping Jacks - 2 sets of 60 reps
The Bridge - 2 sets of 40 reps
Cat and Cow - 2 sets of 20 reps
Squats - 2 sets of 40 reps
