This is slightly awkward demonstrating the exercises on a ball instead of a horse. But anyway these three exercises with help improve your posting trot, sitting trot and balance at the trot. The exercises are double down, double up, and 7-7-7 exercise. Try these exercises while riding your horses and let me know how it goes. It takes some practice so don't be surprised if you have some difficulty at first. Hope this helps! :-)
