Lifting the horse's belly

A belly lift can be a great exercise to re-engage your horse's topline and help them to tighten their belly muscles. Have them lift and hold the topline for 5 -10 seconds - 3 to 5 times. This may take some doing - practice finding the solar plexus and lifting from there.
