777 Trotting Exercise || Horse Riding Exercise

This is another exercise from a previous video I did with the yoga ball except actually on horses. :-) It is a really good exercise to improve your balance, flexibility, rhythm and timing. It is beneficial to do this exercise before learning to canter, jump or go out on the trails. Thanks for watching guys! Feel free to put video requests below. :-)
I find that this exercise helps to get the lower leg in the correct position and more secure.
