Hello everyone!
We hope you enjoy making these delicious and yummy treats for your guinea pigs! Comment below if your guinea pigs liked them! It's great fun, very yummy and good exercise for your guinea pigs!
You will need:
- Dandelion leaves / flowers
- Pet safe string
- Hot water
1. Pick some dandelion leaves or flowers from your garden, but make sure that nobody has sprayed ANY pesticides on the plants!
2. Soak your dandelion's in the hot water for about 10 to 15 minutes. This way it'll take off any bugs or dirt.
3. Let them dry for a few minutes, leftover water is okay because it's nice for them to get the extra water.
4. Gather your dandelion's into a bunch getting ready to tie them up.
5. Then you can cut some of your pet safe string.
6. Repetitively, tie your string around the dandelion's close together. Tie it as tight as you can.
7. Somewhere a little bit out of your pets reach, hang up your dandelion hanger in your guinea pigs cage. If your dandelion hanger is a little out of your pets reach, it makes your guinea pig work for their food. It encourages them to work to get the food.
Question: Which one of my guinea pigs enjoyed these treats the most? Can you guess? Comment below who you think! :D
