-WALKING LUNGES - 10 EACH SIDE
-DECLINE PUSH UPS (OR REGULAR OR MODIFIED) - 10 REPS
-SIDE SHUFFLE - 10 EACH DIRECTION
-TRICEP DIPS - 10 REPS
-JUMP SQUATS - 15 REPS
(GOATS OPTIONAL)


SET A TIME & COMPLETE AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE WITHIN THAT TIME LIMIT. OR COMPLETE 8-10 ROUNDS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. HAVE FUN!
