Canine Exercise Research at Colorado State University May Provide Answers for Aging Humans

For the past three years, Karyn Hamilton and Ben Miller, researchers in the Colorado State University Department of Health and Exercise Science, have spent a significant amount of time studying competitive sled dogs in Alaska. They are interested in studying the dogs because their remarkable physiology makes them a valuable model for research aimed at human health, including potential ways to slow the aging process.
