Diagonal Extensions (Bird Dogs)

Here's a brief overview of the proper technique for diagonal extensions, also known as bird dogs.
1 - Go into a tabletop position on your hands and knees (knees under hips, hands under shoulders)
2 - Press your hand overhead and extend your opposite leg behind you
3 - Go back into tabletop position
4 - Repeat with the other arm and leg
5 - You should feel like you are trying to push the wall behind you away with your leg and the wall in front of you away with your hand
