Finley is a Shihtzu cross and he is just under 5 years old. Finley isn't a lapdog and loves to be running around and having lots of exercise and keeping busy or he will become bored, so he will need to keep his brain busy! He is quite sensitive and can be protective over his owner, so this will need to be managed carefully. He does mix with other dogs and would be best suited living with well adjusted dog/s already in the home.
Type of home needed
Finley would suit an active owner who can give him all the exercise and stimulation he requires and understands his sensitive nature. He will need to live in an adult only home. Potential owners must be prepared to visit the centre multiple times to get to know him. With new owners following our trainers advice, Finley will make a lovely companion.
