2012 BiG Blue Test Diabetes Stories: Meet Terry Controlling Diabetes with Exercise

Terry Keelan was diagnosed with diabetes in 2002, when he was 47 years old. He started to exercise by walking his dogs, always seeing a drop in his blood sugars afterwards. Eventually he started training for a marathon and continues to see better control in his blood sugar.
He invites everyone to do the Big Blue Test: "Start small. Start walking the dog."
