Bird Dogs | A Tutorial

Bird dogs help strengthen the spinal erectors, glutes, hamstrings and lower back. All of which are major movers in performing a proper golf swing. This can be done not only as a main exercise but also as a warm up or cool down. You can also perform this exercise in the comfort of your home. To perform the Bird-Dog, you will be on the ground on all fours. Next extend their right arm and left leg out at the same time and hold a short isometric hold, then switch arms and legs and hold again.
