The official song from President Kennedy's Council on Physical Fitness, early 60's. This song was used in school exercise programs across the country.
Robert Preston, the singing/dancing star of "The Music Man", was asked to do a song for the schools; Meredith Wilson (composer of "The Music Man") agreed to write the song. They used the same big band as performed for the movie to record the song with Preston.
