Marjari Exercise

Marjari means a cat. This exercise is based on some movements exhibited by cats, especially the ones they exhibit immediately after waking up from sleep.

This exercise improves the flexibility of the neck, shoulders and spine through gentle flexion and extension of the spine.
Good for chronic backache
Good for digestion
Builds strength and flexibility in the wrists.
It is also good for all reproductive organs
