Skin the Cat Exercise

In this drill, you grip the lower bar of a lyra shoulder width apart, or separate tissues if you are on silks, then tuck in your legs into a ball, invert until your hips pass over your head and continue to lower your hips as far down as your shoulders allow and then pull back through your arms. Make sure you have a spot for this drill so you don’t injure yourself.
