Cat Camel Exercise is great for stimulating blood flow to your spine and back muscles while strengthening your core. Start in neutral position on hands and knees. Slowly raise back towards ceiling sucking in belly button and stretching out back muscles, cat. After you reach end or range of motion extend back and look up, camel. Reciprocate back and forth while trying to get a little farther each time. If you are trying to strengthen your pelvic floor, contract kegel muscles during cat duration of exercise and relax during camel. Stop if this exercise makes your symptoms worse.
