Cat-Cow Exercise

💪Muscles Used: Erector Spinae and Abdominals
➡️Hold for 4-6 seconds each position

✅Shoulders over your wrists, hips over your knees
✅Cat: Carve your belly in, puff your rib cage, exhale
✅Cow: Roll your shoulders back, belly falls down, inhale

⚠️Don't allow your arms to be too far forward or back
⚠️Don't hold your breath
