Lake Constance Menu - 08: Wind and Waves

Anja wants to study the waterbirds' diet, which consists of aquatic plants and mussels. To do so, she and her assistant Gabi are going to collect plants and shells from the water in several locations around the lake. Its no easy task, because although the wind and waves are ideal sailing weather, they are making life hard for the pair of researchers. Will Anja be able to collect enough plants and shells from the rocking boat, or will she have to don her snorkel to be able to gather enough material for analysis?
