Hey guys,
I had been working on some cool stuff that is likely going to be part of the game soon. We developed AI Ducks that will make flocks and fly from lakes to oceans. Over time the ducks will grow their population. They will lay eggs, hatch them to get ducklings which will then follow mommy ducks. I also have fixed 6 glitches that CookieGuy (Thanks CG) mentioned in his video as well as from our Mope Reddit suggestions. We are also working on Bear and Lion to give them 2nd ability. I hope the become more balanced with current State. Eagle will be nerfed more and will not be able grab predators above Rhino. They have already slowed down in Arctic, Ocean and Land. We cant cut their wings but yet we need an animal like Eagle to be more threatening and easily available at half way to give option for anti-teamers to break their bonding.
CookieGuy is so worried about if he can eat Ducks in his troll video so here is more info for CG fans:
* Ducks are AI , you can eat them.
* Mole and below eat eggs (gives random 10-50 XP)
* Unhatched eggs become Rotten and eating them poisons you
* Cheetah or less can eat ducklings
* and Lion+ can eat Ducks.
* Ducks are themselves at Mole level..
* They auto grow to 5k xp, start from min 300.
* They can even gain more XP if they keep bitting other ducks or eat food during their life time.
* They also die after 5-8 minutes to keep population in control.
* Lakes spawn new Ducks to keep the balance
* Ducks must have to fly with the flock (from 1-5 times set randomly) before they can lay eggs.
* To lay eggs, they go to closest Mud spot.
* They can lay 1-4 eggs.
* They warm eggs until they are hatched into Ducklings
* After getting all eggs hatched Mommy Duck goes back to Lake to become part of next flock.
* All new born Ducklings follow mommy duck and if mom has died they wander around and grow to adult.
* Each fully grown Duckling then becomes the same kind of Duck as was the Mommy.
