Dug did swamp recon with me this morning and something was definitely down in the swamp last night, I didn’t see it but Dug smelled it big time.
Strange though no freaking and peaking from the ducks last night in the pen, so it must of stayed away from the yard and just passed through the swamp.
But the ducks are still not focused in going to the lake, seriously fragmented and staying either in the yard or close to it.
While I was working on the truck later in the day the ducks were working their way to the creek, I had to go to town so I let go 4 rounds in the shotgun right before I left for town.
I took a calculated risk leaving but I had to, plus it was also a calculated risk taking the truck I don’t how much longer it’s going to last.
