Duck Egg Pancakes “Man Size Recipe” (66-68 Pancakes)
Mix Dry Ingredients First
-100% Whole Wheat – 8 cups – 2 litres
-White Sugar – 16 Tbsp – 160ml
-Baking Powder – 6 Tbsp – 80ml
- Sea Salt – 4 Tsp – 16ml
Beat Duck eggs separately first then mix with the rest of wet ingredients
- Duck Eggs 16-18
- 4% Homo Milk - 5 cups – 1.2 litres
- Melted Butter or Vegetable Oil 16 Tbsp – 120ml
- Vanilla Extract – 4 Tsp – 8ml
Combine both wet and dry ingredients together beat till a smooth mixture
Hot Plate or Electric Frying pan set to 400°F, good idea to preheat for at least 15 minutes.
3;30 minutes per side
Enjoy with real Canadian Maple syrup and a slice of butter

Mix Dry Ingredients First
-100% Whole Wheat – 2 cups – 0.5 litres
-White Sugar – 4 Tbsp – 40ml
-Baking Powder – 1 ½ Tbsp – 20ml
- Sea Salt – 1 Tsp – 3ml
Beat Duck eggs separately first then mix with the rest of wet ingredients
- Duck Eggs 4-5
- 4% Homo Milk – 1 ½ cups – 0.3 litres
- Melted Butter or Vegetable Oil 4 Tbsp – 40ml
- Vanilla Extract – 1 Tsp – 2ml
