Woke up feeling great today no back pains like yesterday and thought this is going to be a great day, boy was I wrong…
Filled the water up for the ducks in the back shed and on the way out the door my back went out, damn near fell to my knees in pain.
There was no way I could get water to the barn today or least first thing this morning, but luckily the weather had warmed up so I let the ducks out of the barn earlier than normal so they could get access to water in the bath tub.
Doing egg recon was brutal, every time I bent over to pick up eggs it was a shooting pain all through my body.
I had an appointment already booked with my doctor for 10 am today for my back so hopefully he can get me back to normal today.
Turned out my day was a complete write off, I got back from the doctor’s appointment and my back pain was so bad every time I moved I laughed in extreme pain the whole day. There wasn’t a position I could find that was comfortable today and I tried everything.
