http://www.ReneeMclaughlin.com - Track your successes. Most of us keep a mental record of all the things we didn't do during the day. We didn't stay on our diet, we wanted to do our t-Tapp workout but just didn't get around to it...When our focus is on our "failures", it only leads to feelings of defeat. If you want to be successful in your new healthy lifestyle, focus on your successes. See where you succeeded and then build on those. If you found that you actually did your T-Tapp workout when you take out your planner each week and write in your workout times just like you would any other appointment, that is a success you can build on. Maybe you found that you were able to stay on your diet during the day, but found yourself mindlessly snacking after dinner. One night you didn't snack (success!) and you realize that evening you didn't watch TV. Build on that success. Schedule more evenings that don't include watching TV and watch your snacking stop. Start to track your successes and come back here and share what is working for you!
