Weather office lied yesterday the forecast was suppose to be a not so cold night around -20°C woke up to -29.8°C and I didn’t cover the opening to the door way on the barn so it’s going to be cold in the barn for the ducks.
It’s a cruel joke winter is playing on us here with spring weather just a matter of a couple days away.
Spring fever is starting to hit me, last night I laid in bed wide awake till 3 am thinking of all the jobs I’ve got to get done for the duck adventure this year. Jobs which are much easier to do with the lake frozen, I really want to make a big floating dock for the ducks to get up on.
Egg recon is getting more and more eggs every day, today was only 21 but its increasing in numbers.
