CLARIFICATION FOR THOSE WHO WATCH: I AM NOT SAYING I EAT ALL OF OF THIS EACH DAY, I GAVE EXAMPLES OF TYPES OF PROTEIN. I DON'T DO SALMON, BEEF, ETC. ALL IN THE SAME MEAL - I KEEP MY PROTEIN AT 7 OUNCES PER MEAL.

Dr. Berg explains what he eats on a given day. It includes keto (ketogenic diet) and intermittent fasting at two meals a day. He consumes large amounts of salad, high-quality protein without being lean or low fat. He likes pecans, avocados, no sugar foods.
