Depressed ducks producing lots of eggs, egg production is going strong almost through the roof. The last 4-5 days have been over 50 duck eggs per day min.
Only a couple more days and the duck eggs will be pure breed duck eggs, and based on the way they are producing eggs I'm going to have no problem filling the incubator with pure breed duck eggs.
Something strange is going on with the Pekin & Rouen female ducks, the Pekin are laying green eggs and the Rouen are laying white eggs this shouldn't be happening.
Today out of 38 female Pekin ducks I got 28 eggs, and 19 eggs out of 20 Rouen female ducks and 6 eggs out of the 9 Muscovy female ducks, 53 duck eggs today another day of over 50 duck eggs.
Dug now thinks the brown chickens are something to be afraid of since he's been zapped with the shock collar, now he watches the brown chickens but keeps his distance from them.
The Rouen sure are taking advantage of getting the bath tub for their side, they are in it non stop.
The Muscovy breeding is hitting a bit of a bump in the road, the Muscovy drakes keep breaking each others mating up, and Moe is the worst for interfering with other drakes mating.
