The warmer weather is a great relief for the ducks they are much more active, and seem to actually enjoy the snow. They are acting like Husky dogs sleeping in the snow.
Got about 15 eggs today, egg production is pretty steady.
The snow just doesn't stop, but that can be a good thing doesn't snow when it's extreme cold.
The ducks are getting into the water buckets so I will have to modify them again to keep them out.
Couldn't help myself I was suppose to be working in the barn but I had to take a break and get the garden hose out to play with the ducks. They actually follow me around with the garden hose they want to get sprayed with the hose.
Because of the warmer weather it was non-stop water action today, everyone had multiple baths today. After 6 days of being stuck in the building with this extreme cold weather they are really letting their hair down and having some fun.
Today almost had a fire in the barn the Made In China construction heater was defective
Had to go out at night and refill the bath tub the ducks were playing non stop all day and all night. ----------------------------------------------
