Muscovy drakes are now sitting on eggs, weird...
The modified outdoor water set up seems to be working great, the made in china heated pails are history I've given up on them.
17 Duck & 2 Chicken eggs today
The hay is going over great with the ducks they love eating it, something new for them to eat help diversify their diets in the winter.
Muscovy Drake decided to swing both ways and do a Rouen Drake he chased the poor guy around the prison yard for a good 10 mins and finally caught him and did his thing, a surprised Rouen Drake.
Frostbite update the Muscovy female from the first night isn't doing to well her feet have died and we are going to have to cull her, there is nothing we can do to help her, the 2nd Muscovy female from the next night is healing amazingly well, her frost bite was just skin damage and she is healing and very strong unlike the first one which isn't eating much or drinking much. ----------------------------------------------
