Well the Sub-Arctic has return minus -29°C tonight and even colder coming the next 4-5 days, the ducks are going back into lock down man are they going to be pissed at me.
But so far they are staying inside on their own, going to move the hay dispenser Kolby & Connor helped me to build into the feed shack it's taking up too much floor space in the barn.
This morning it wasn't that cold only -18°C but the windchill was -25°C and getting colder as the day progressed.
Not going to leave eggs in the nesting boxes until the end of February I don't want ducklings hatching in the middle of winter.
It funny when I'm in the barn the Pekin & Rouen take off like idiots but the Muscovy hang around me, they're such a cool bird
Some serious dirty female ducks from all the mating that is going on.
It started to get really cold so I had to force the ducks into the barn they were too stupid to go in on their own later in the day.
I went into the barn later in the afternoon and the ducks were napping in the nesting boxes.
Ms. Icesovy (Frostbite Victim) is healing amazing, here feet have got new skin it's so soft, she absolutely can't go back out side right now, here feet are too sensitive. ----------------------------------------------
