Ms.Icecovy has now laid 2 eggs in the Duck Hospital, it's amazing how clean she is keeping the hospital only defecating in a certain spot now not all over the cage.
But she is missing the other ducks you can see her really perk up when she hears the other ducks outside quacking.
The females are driving the drakes completely nuts inside the pen within a pen, the tormenting is crazy.
The muscovy females keep leaving the pen on their own, it's actually quite cute how they have the ability to leave on their own but always return on their own and never go to far, they must like it here.
We've got some Pekins that are sitting on eggs, this might be a real good sign for this springs egg hatching.
Had to redesign the gate to the pen within the pen, I was in such a hurry building it the other day I didn't even think of getting the straw out of the shed.
Moved the water out of the drake shed to outside to help keep the mess under control.
Not a good day here Rocco is going down hill extremely fast now, I absolutely have to build his coffin today, the ground is frozen rock solid and I know he's it's time to call the vet to come over, I need a place to keep him till spring comes and I can put him beside his friends Buddy & Spike. He's been such a good friend I'm going to miss him so much. ----------------------------------------------
