My name is Sue Wright, I'm a certified pet groomer and in this 'how to' I show you how to make a rosette neck bow for dogs .. I use these bows to enhance the photos of the dogs that I've groomed .. Please be aware that it may be unsafe to leave a dog unattended whilst wearing one of these bows.
