Hey everyone, this is a video about proper coat maintenance in between grooms. Its very important to keep your dog clean and combed out! The style of brushing used in this video is great for medium - long coated breeds. Below I'll have a list of the grooming products/ tools I used in this video:
Espree Hypo-Allergenic Shampoo - I really like this shampoo because it had a very mild formula, it cleans well, and you can use it as face shampoo because its tearless. Retails for around $12.
Tropiclean Blueberry Facial - This is my favorite face shampoo ever! It smells amazing and it cleans great. I use this face shampoo at the salon too. Retails for about $11.
Bio Groom Ear Cleaner - It cleans ears! Retails for about $16.
Chris Christensen Big G Slicker Brush - This is a wonderful brush!! It gets through longer hair with ease. I highly recommend this brush to dog owners with Doodles, Poodles, Bichons, etc. It does come with a $65 price tag, but its a good investment for someone with a dog who needs regular brushing. Alternatively, if you can't afford that much for a brush I do recommend the Show Tech Transgroom Tuffer Than Tangles Slicker Brush with regular pins. They retail for about $20.
Chris Christensen Buttercomb 000 fine/ course - I love this comb! This is what I use every day at the salon. It is great for checking your work and leaves a good finish. It does retail for about $35, which isn't bad for how high quality it is. A cheaper alternative is an Andis metal comb for dogs. They retail for about $10 and the work. They just don't have the same comb magic the Buttercomb has.
Best Shot Ultra Vitalizing Pet Mist - This is the brushing spray that I use. It has a nice scent and work well. It retails for about $15.
I believe you can buy all/ most of these products on Amazon. If you can though, please support your locally owned pet businesses!
