Courtney's business, Lil' Snippers Pet Grooming, was started when she was just 19. She choose doing this because, as she says, she couldn't see herself doing any "regular type of job".

Courtney is busy but occasionally manages to get away to the dog shows on certain weekends. It's an offshoot of her talents as a dog handler. She's often asked by other dog owners to show their dogs in the shows.
She also shows her own German Shepherd too. She's handled giant schnauzers, Inuit dogs, Labradors, and many more during her career thus far.
