In today’s video I’m gonna tell you about some grooming myths which are being followed by many people since a very long time . These myths do not help your grooming and these are only lies . So here are they :
1. First of all people think that only high price products are good and low price products are bad . It’s not the truth . Up to which extent the product will be beneficial is mainly depends on its ingredients and there are companies which are making very effective products in low price having good ingredients. So before purchasing any product first go through it’s ingredient list .
2. People think that more cleaning and scrubbing helps to cure acne and pimple . If you over wash your skin then it’ll become dry . As a result more sebum will be produced and acne chances increase and when you wash more the bacteria in the pimple area spreads. So wash your face twice a day and scrub once a week .
3. Shaving do not promote facial hair growth (beard ) . So if you’re thinking that shaving will increase your hair growth you’re completely wrong . Our hair growth depends 99% on our genetics so there is not any connection between hair growth and shaving . So if you’ve a good beard then keep it in shape . If you don’t have then maintain a clean shave look.
4. Premature hair graying do not cause due to stress . In today’s society it’s seen very common in many people and even in teenagers . It happens mainly due to lack of vitamins and using cheap hair products . Our hair needs some vitamins and minerals and if it does not get required vitamins then it causes hair graying. So first develop your daily nutrition and add proteins, vegetables to it .
5. Lastly the biggest myth is toothpaste cure acne & pimples . You should know that there are many dangerous chemicals used in making of toothpaste and it over dries your skin and affect the skin in a long term so don’t use toothpaste to cure acne and pimples .
