Clipping A Nervous Dog's Nails
Like 1 Dislike 0 Published on 23 Mar 2016
In this video I am working with a nervous dog, but not so nervous that he resists the grooming procedures. It is important to remember to not force a dog's paw, head or leg into a position for grooming if the dog is resisting. Calm and gentle handling work best in all cases.
I'm Anne Bachewich and I show EXACTLY how I train dog breeds of "Average Intelligence" to do dog sports and important basic behaviours, with the clicker and WITHOUT CORRECTIONS OR FORCE. Follow us on our training/travelling journey showing STEP BY STEP and REAL TIME training. We travel and train, go to dog shows and interesting places all on a budget.
