Russian Bolonka Attacked dog groomer last time lets see what he acts like this time

The last and first time we groomed this pet, as soon as pet parent walked into the door. Boom, the dog lunged and attacked Dede. With coaxing and relinquishing control from the female pet parent and sitting on the floor with the pet, Dede was able to get the dog to have slight trust and soon enough, got him on the step up table, put a cone head on him, then able to groom him. Separating him from his female pet parent was key. This dog also safeguards the female human pet parent from the male pet parent. I was told that the dog doesn't let anyone not even her husband get into bed with her without a fight. Dede gave the pet parent homework to do at home. Putting the dog in its place and not allowing the pet to do those behaviors to the human in the house. Today was mandatory 20 minute walk immediately before grooming to eliminate the dog being aggressive and hostile, and just simply out of control just for a one hour or less dog grooming. We shall see what happens....
