Dogs Die After PetSmart Grooming

According to Huffington Post, "Over the past decade 47 dogs have died across the U.S. during grooming, or within days of showing signs of ill health after grooming, at the nation’s leading pet retailer..." Pet Smart. As of now there only a few public accountings of these canine death and it is unfortunate to report that individual groomers to not have to be licensed to work in all 50 states. Fortunately, millions of dogs are groomed by Petsmart a year, so these incidents are actually extremely rare.
