My Shih Tzu is matted and has fleas Live grooming

This client is a new client. She called me a week ago. She said, "I am 80 years old and I need my dogs groomed. My husband has been sick and I have been caring for him and now he has passed away" She explained to me how her money and time has been with her husband and now that her husband has passed away, she can pick up the pieces for her pets. She has two shihtzus, brothers, very much like my two Shihtzu's, brothers too. She wanted mobile. But, as we verified vaccinations, and she said "oh they are matted" to the gill, I said, I would prefer not to do this mobile, I need room to move around and the best lighting for a matted grooming. She is bringing them in today, one at a time since I am expecting some horrible matts. I will likely do some of the first groom on the first dog and the second dog will be a video dog, not live. Today was a down day, I chose to bring in this client because of her need. She later explained too, "oh my dog has fleas" so I said, I need you to come in and get some capstar, she did. She gave the capstar yesterday hopefully, as she didn't confirm her grooming, so I'm crossing my fingers and hopefully she DOES show up. Thanks for sharing my work with me.
