Rescue Poor Dog With 4 lbs Of Matted Fur All Over His Body Was Found Under a Bush In Park In Terrible Shape

This is what he looked like when he was found under a bush in Portage Park. After seeing Parker shaved and the shape of his nails, it is possible that he is a victim of severe neglect in a home he recently separated from. If on the streets his nails might actually be in better shape and he didnt, from the pics and video, look overly thin.He was 18.9 lbs with all the matted fur. Today he is 15.4 lbs without the matted fur.
