Hey all - I created a video to show there are more than 100 complaints against this company that just popped up from my review/experience last night.
Such an overwhelming response on multiple sites that I had to share.
Instead of reading/going through all 300+ responses, I provided the details of where you can find this information and read them for yourself.
It's scary and this place should not be open!
From ....
NOT being licensed with Clark County, and being way over in expiration
Not being a clean facility
Not confirming rabies/vaccinations for pets they bring in
Cutting and Burning Animals
Sedating/Drugging animals
Abusing animals
Sending the wrong animal home/messing up orders and owners
Sending pets home with infections, fleas, etc
Having horrible customer service
Having you pay up front and not refunding you when they admit to doing the job wrong, or just simply you as the customer not being satisfied for whatever reason
The owner not responsive to any request or complaint
and All this has been going on for 15 years!!! It hasn't changed - How and why are they still open!?
To have this many complaints about animals being scared/terrified of this place, drugged where they can hardly get into the car, coming home flea infested, bleeding, to one lady I heard her cat died the day after being there with no other health issues, not being accredited with BBB or licensed with the county.. this is not ok and this place needs to be shut down before they hurt any more animals!
