Bijou's Law: Groomers in NJ may be required to be licensed by the State

New Jersey currently has a bill, Bijou’s Law, that will require dog groomers to be licensed in the State of New Jersey.
This bill will be voted on tomorrow: Monday, October 29, 2018. This has many groomers in the industry very concerned and worried about the future of their career as a professional pet groomer.
I'd like to go over the bill and share why I believe this is a good step in the right direction. I don't believe the government is trying to put us all out of business. I believe they are trying to elevate our industry and keep us more accountable. That way the public will view our profession in a more positive light.
