Easy and Quick Dog Grooming Bandanas Using a Rotary Cutter

This is a quick and easy way that I make my dog grooming bandanas for my doggy clients . The Fabric measurement is 5/8. I am using a Fiskar Rotary Cutter that came with the clear ruler and cutting mat in a set from Joann's Fabric.
